Leadership - MGT 452

Originally heading into my Leadership course, I expected a standard college “life prep” type of class, but much to my surprise it became one of the most beneficial and interesting classes, especially in regards to the professional aspect of my education. The passion and interest in my Leadership course has stemmed from a long professional history in dealing with managers and leaders and my evolution into eventually becoming one myself. This class forced me to look at my position from an outside perspective, which has been effective to the point where I think about and consider lessons from this course while at work leading other employees.
